Liam Gibson '25 is director of grant development at Ethos National. While at Notre Dame he presented research on non-military power in the United States, Russia, and China to RAND Corporation and conducted a systematic review of peer-reviewed literature on the inclusion of the environment in formal peace agreements with Professor Drew Marcantonio.

Liam spent considerable time honing his Russian language skills. He studied Russian abroad in Georgia during the summer of 2022 and in Kyrgyzstan during the summer of 2023.
